Connecting channel on Jalan Ori, Kota Bambu Selatan Urban Village, Palmerah, West Jakarta was normalized. Sediment has decreased the channel volume.

Palmerah Sub-district Head, Zeri Ronazy, admitted the channel condition was poor. Some spots of the channel can not flow the water due to dry sediment.
“It’s been long time no dredging for the channel. If heavy rain falls, the water will overflow and inundate the road,” he said, Wednesday (12/21).
Al-Kamal Connecting Channel CleanedAccording to him, the channel was dredged by West Jakarta Sub-dept. of Water Management personnel.
“Personnel also demolish the manhole to ease the dredging,” he closed.
